As a practitioner, Justine’s specific interests are working with children experiencing regulation difficulties, including poor emotional regulation, sleep related issues, and helping individuals and families with the challenges associated with having AD/HD and learning difficulties. Justine has been trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Acceptance Commitment Therapy. She provides counseling in the public and private sectors for individuals of diverse backgrounds presenting with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, AD/HD, ODD, substance use and gambling. In recognition of her expertise, reputation, and demonstrated commitment to excellence in her profession, Justine was granted an ‘Honorary Associate’ status with the Psychology Department at Macquarie University in 2012. Providing supervision to students in the Masters of Clinical Psychology program she finds both stimulating and rewarding.
